Lens prescriptions, if applicable, are processed based on the information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect prescription details submitted during checkout.

Product Availability & Display

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update designs and pricing without prior notice.

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, finish, or fit may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing processes.

Orders & Payments

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All prices listed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

In the event of a payment issue, pricing error, or technical malfunction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if applicable.

Shipping

Orders are processed after confirmation and delivered within 7–10 days. Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Returns are eligible for gift card credit only, which can be used on future purchases.
Customized or prescription eyewear may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Fit, Care & Usage

Eyewear fit may vary based on individual face shapes and usage. We recommend handling frames with care to avoid damage. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under returns or exchanges.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or engage in activities that disrupt the website’s functionality or security.

Limitation of Liability

The brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
